“Valores Ambientais e Políticas Públicas”, é o tema da 2ª Escola de Verão de Economia Crítica do Centro de Estudos Sociais (CES) que este ano acontecerá na Lousã de 12 a 15 Julho.
“O ambiente é um “bem” e um “problema” das nossas sociedades que cria um desafio aos instrumentos de política pública e aos procedimentos que permitem que a política governamental ambiental se torne material e operacional. Estes instrumentos e procedimentos baseiam-se cada vez mais em teorias e conhecimento económico. A criação de mercados ambientais é um exemplo claro da importância da teoria económica na definição de respostas societais à crise ambiental. O problema com a Economia aplicada ao ambiente é que a Economia tem uma definição de valor específica e limitada. Através da exploração da pluralidade de valores ambientais, com contribuições da sociologia e da filosofia, discutir-se-ão os limites dos instrumentos e procedimentos económicos existentes e explorar-se-ão caminhos alternativos (considerando o conflito e a participação) que permitam ter em conta as várias formas como os ambientes são valorizados pelas pessoas e as suas comunidades”.

He always tells me crazy stories again within the day and calls me a loser. I guess it is time I transfer out of my parents' basement LOL. Your weblog is fine. I simply need to touch upon the design. Its too loud. Its doing way an excessive amount of and it takes away from what youve bought to say --which I feel is de facto important.
